New features on v2.0.1

* Mission status alert.
  - Now, you are easy to check your mission progress.
* Ghost mode ranking change effect.
* Immune effects
  - If you equip a trail which has immunity, you can see immune effects.
* Easier to obtain GPs
  - We always check reviews of GD players, and we know you struggle to obtain GP in sometime.
    So, we improve GP obtaining algorithm.
* Performance improved and several bug fixed.
